Traci has sound skills and experience in:
- Developing and implementing documentation: manuals; policies; procedures; forms; reports, statistical analysis, etc;
- Developing and implementing various management systems including AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 (Quality) , AS/NZS 4801:2001 (Safety) and AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental);
- Managing people, budgets and projects;
- Organising and conducting audits including JAS ANZ accredited auditing against AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 and AS/NZS 4801:2001;
- Organising and conducting inspections and emergency exercises;
- Writing and conducting various training sessions for all levels within organisations;
- Conducting unbiased investigations (injury, bullying, harassment etc);
- Counseling, meeting facilitation and mentoring;
- Dealing and networking with organisations, government departments and agencies.
Traci has conducted approximately 100 system audits in a variety of industries on behalf of Total Quality Certification Services International (TQCSI) against ISO AS/NZS 9001:2008 and AS/NZS 4801:2001.

Qualifications
Tertiary
Traci has a Graduate Diploma in OHS Management from the University of South Australia and was the winner of the Ergonomics Prize in her year.
Yoga
Traci is a third year student of the comprehensive Dru Yoga Teacher Training and has been assessed as competent to teach to an intermediate level. She will graduate as fully qualified in June 2012.
