Yoga For A Better Business

The most recent service to be added to the business relates to yoga. Traci has practiced yoga for some 30 years and has experienced first hand the benefits of this wonderful tool in getting her personal work/life commitments in balance. Yoga has improved her ability to manage stress, improved her general fitness, flexibility and wellbeing and provided her with a resilience to manage whatever her day presents.

Yoga lessons can be tailored for your organisation as a one off come and try or Traci can coordinate regular lessons in the workplace. Regular practice of yoga can have everyone from the senior executive team members to front line workers feeling a greater sense of inner peace as one learns to still a busy mind, clearer thinking, improved focus and an increase in energy. Yoga is great for improving productivity both professionally and personally and Traci is genuinely excited to be able to offer this service.
